KDM H2O Park Ventures Sdn. Bhd. is a specialized tourism infrastructure development company, incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 2016 on 22nd October 2024.

Established as a strategic Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), the company was founded with a singular mandate: to design, finance, and operate high-impact family entertainment hubs in Sabah. Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, KDM serves as the primary concessionaire and asset owner for two landmark government-backed projects: the revitalization of Tanjung Aru Perdana Park (TAPP) in Kota Kinabalu and the development of the Tawau Coastline Recreational Park.

Led by Prof. Dr. Anbalagan Sivasupramaniam (CEO) and supported by a qualified secretarial and governance team (under Licensed Secretary Nageswaran A/L Palanisamy), the company operates on a lean, asset-heavy business model. By
